When you are on the homepage and you wish to look for a certain store to shop at online, simply click the STORES button or tab at the top of the page. But simple clicking that button will take you to thousands of participating stores and may take time before you find the store you are looking for. So, to shorten the agony of your search, select STORES as your Search Category then type the name of the store you are looking for on the search bar. This will bring you directly to the store you are looking for and the Shop Buddy will automatically give you an alert at the upper right hand corner if there are items on sale or deals and coupons you may want to take advantage of.

Another way you can use Shop Buddy is when you go directly to an online store site without first logging in to the homepage of SHOP.COM and locating the store. If that store is a participant of the cash back program, the Shop Buddy will automatically alert you and show you items on sale and the deals available in the store.
